Spa Etiquette:
Please turn off or silence your cell phone before entering the spa.
Please do not bring minors who will be left unattended while you are being serviced.
For your first visit, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you.

Body Wrap Appointment Policy:
We are available by appointment only and hold the appointment with a credit card. The credit card will be charged only in an event of a no show. Each wrap appointment takes us special preparation in advance so please cancel or call to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to appear or cancel 2 business days (48 hours) prior to your apointment will result in a service fee.

Cancellation Policy:
At Segue Body Wraps we know that your time is valuable and we strive to give each client our undivided attention. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hour notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time are subject to 100% billing. If your appointment is part of a previously purchased package, your package will be deducted accordingly. If you have purchased a pre-paid voucher and fail to cancel per the cancellation policy, your voucher will be cancelled and considered null and void. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.
